How to rescue your organisation from either pole of D&I

If your organisation has been hijacked by either pole of D&I, first talk to a trusted friend or expert, to check your thinking. Triangulation of thoughts is useful. Then identify a trusted leader in the organisation. Share your concern without becoming polarised yourself. Perhaps show them and discuss our blog:

What does ‘Good D&I’ look like? Become a trusted confidante who has a valuable set of experiences and perceptions to share. Keep the conversation going between you and decide together what action the leader will take, and what you can do, if anything.

If you are a leader and want confidential support, by all means contact us to discuss.
