How much of your potential are you using?

How much of your potential are you currently using? You may not know exactly, but you may have a sense of it.

Elite athletes often report they use around 90% of their potential, but executives in business typically report they only use around 40%.

With a background in coaching both types of people, there are some things you can work on, to take you from the 40% to the 90%. These key performance-development factors are highly individual depending on your current situation, but usually sit within a framework of 32 factors.

Our Self-Leadership Assessment can measure where you are, and where you think you need to be on these factors to a modelled accuracy of 1%.
Learn what you need to address and how to reach your goals by taking our Assessment and a 90-min Feedback session from an Accredited Business Athlete Coach, at: https://www.businessathlete.co.uk/index.php/assessments.
